CCE is a non-profit association that is tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code. Membership dues are fully tax deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. Eligible for Corporate MembershipMinimum annual revenues of $750 million and 5,000 employees are required for membership consideration. Law firms and consulting firms are ineligible for membership.Annual Corporate Membership FeeThe annual corporate membership fee is determined by CCE's member board of directors. The annual membership fee in 2009 for new members is $2,700. This fee entitles a member to designate three senior corporate leaders to represent their compliance, compensation and staffing functions to be the primary recipients of member benefits. They are also entitled to vote for members to serve on the board of directors and are eligible to serve as a director or on other CCE committees.Except where noted below, the annual corporate membership fee covers all benefits and services. Additionally, we encourage members to share CCE benefits and services, including the comprehensive updates and analyses, with their colleagues at no additional cost. Membership Benefits and Services
