The Center for Corporate Equality (CCE) is a nonprofit 501(c)(6) corporation and can not provide consulting services to its corporate members or to non-members. However, the experts who serve as CCE's staff can be retained through DCI Consulting Group, Inc., a separate legal entity, that provides consulting services to employers and law firms. DCI is a national human resources risk management consulting firm based in Washington, D.C. that provides expert consulting services in the areas of compensation discrimination analysis, affirmative action plan development, employee selection and test validation, OFCCP audit and litigation support, and regulatory affairs and government relations. DCI is also the founder of The Center for Corporate Equality, provides staff services to CCE, and is represented on CCE's Board of Directors.
