CCE respects the privacy of our members and visitors to this site. The following is our policy regarding information gathering and dissemination practices for this website.

Collection and Use

CCE collects and uses data only to serve its members. Generally, the only personal information we collect and store is provided voluntarily by our members and visitors. We will make a special announcement on the Website if this privacy policy changes.

CCE does not collect any personal information from visitors browsing the public area of its Web site. We collect only aggregate data, such as the number of hits per page. This data is used only for internal and marketing purposes and does not provide any personally identifiable information.

CCE member representatives who access password protected areas of the website are asked for their CCE-assigned username and password. CCE will use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site.

Order forms on the CCE website are for member representatives and visitors to request information, products, and services, and to register for meetings, teleconferences, and training programs. We collect contact information (like e-mail addresses) to respond to inquiries, to process and ship orders, to bill for registrations, orders and services, and to make follow-up contacts if necessary. CCE may from time to time post online surveys designed to obtain data concerning substantive issues of interest to members, or to improve the quality of CCE benefits and services. CCE may ask for contact information (such as e-mail addresses), which may be used to make follow-up contacts if necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings. Disclosure

As a general rule, CCE does not disclose any personally identifiable information to third parties. The sole exception is that attendees to CCE meetings, forums and training programs receive an attendee list. CCE does not disclose financial data, such as credit card account information provided by its member representatives and customers, other than to submit the information needed to obtain payment to the appropriate payment processing service.
